I called Jamie to set up an appointment for our motorhome front unit to be examined, repaired, or replaced. I was glad to speak with a real person instead of an answering service, and the repair was completed in an afternoon, which was a pleasant surprise. Jamie was very respectful of my property.

Bobby Howard & Sons installed my mother's new unit in 2017. Two major repairs already. The last time was 29 days ago when it quit working. Finally, after a week, she got them to come out to check it. It was the motor. She was told it would be a couple days. Ended up being over 3 weeks in 25-40 degree weather most days. They won’t answer the phone & seldom return calls. Was told 5 different times they’d be out the next day. Never showed, never called. Was told they had the part then was told they didn’t. It was under warranty but have since found out other companies can do the repairs also. Took them about 35 minutes to replace the part and charged $200 labor. Their service is nonexistent. The workers were nice, but definitely do not recommend this company!

Done great when installing the unit. Had the unit only 2 years and now it doesn’t work. Called multiple times. Employee told me he didn’t know what was wrong with it then just left. Now my carpet is soaking wet, my house is 85 and they won’t answer the phone or return my calls. Would not recommend.

My parents used this company for a brand new furnance/ac with new duct work and have had nothing but trouble ever since. The unit wasn't put in correctly, trying to get them out to service it is like pulling teeth. The most recent service person said there was broken piece in the unit, and fanaggled it to make it work. Then told my mom it needed that part replaced and a thermostat, but didn't order any parts. He took her money and she told me he said 'you'll be calling me later'. Last night ice formed on the unit and she had to turn it off. She is still waiting for service.

I can finally burn candles in my home without having their aroma compete with the dust in the atmosphere. Such a slight but dramatic change.
