We contacted B&H, among others, about replacing our upstairs carpeting with hardwood flooring. B&H gave the most competitive price and, more importantly, had a supplier whose product could match our downstairs hardwood flooring exactly. Brad and Heather were both delightful to work with. They responded promptly to any of our phone calls or emails. After one look at our existing flooring, Brad was able to recommend a precise match. It was only after we saw samples that we realized he got it in one. Their crew was courteous, professional and diligent. They moved our furniture as needed, knocked out a room at a time so we could use our bedroom overnight, and finished the job in two days. We're delighted with the finished work!

B&H re-finished the hardwood floors in two of our rooms, one of which had significant water damage and deep stains. We were amazed that they were able to schedule us so quickly and get us into our new home. Brad and Heather were professional and easy-going through the whole process. The floors turned out incredible. We did a natural look with a water based finish, and they re-trimmed all the quarter-round and thresholds. Some parts of the floor had heavy wear and tear, and those spots look brand new now. We would absolutely recommend this company and they will be our first choice for any flooring work in the future.
