Bianco Custom Pools

We had the absolute worst experience with Ryan. We signed a contract in July of 21 and were supposed to have the pool installed fall of 2022. We gave the down payment and in early spring Ryan became unresponsive or gave us some song and dance about why he couldn’t do the work. We finally agreed to have him start early 2023 so we would be his first customer in 2023. It’s now June 1st and still no pool and we are having issues getting a hold of him. We have just asked for our money back, so hopefully he’s honest enough to refund us. I’ll keep you posted and update accordingly.

Honestly this has been the worst experience with a contractor. I would focus on the 1 star reviews those are the ones that are truthful. Ryan comes out and puts on this great show and then takes a deposit. The other reviews have said that he never shows back up. We actually had him come back out and cause damage to our property, this was after so many attempts to get a hold of him. Then he never came back and he did not complete the work or fix the damage to our property. He NEVER answers phone calls and rarely answers texts. We requested back our deposit he will not give it back. We are now having to take him to court to get back our deposit. Just find anyone but him. They told me my swimming pool be done in three months and it took over a year to complete. Owner never responds to phone calls. It will take weeks until he calls you back, if he does it all. After almost 2 years there still needs to be worked done. I haven’t heard from him going on 5 months now. I do not recommend using this at all.

Worst experience I’ve had with a business. Signed our contract in 2021 for a fall pool 2022. Excuse after excuse, along with no answer at times. Never started a thing, never got permits. Asked for our money back. We had to take him to court in order to get our deposit back. Do yourself a favor and look up the owner’s docket sheet before you think to give him money.

Can not say enough great things about Bianco Custom Pools! Ryan made every step of the process stress free. His knowledge, work ethic and communication is incredible. His suggestions were spot on and we now have this amazing back yard to entertain our family and friends for years to come. Absolute beautiful work! Highly recommend!!
