Bianco Electrical

Half the house lost power while I wired ethernet cable from the router to a room upstairs through the attic. I called Bianco and a very patient lady, Phoebe answered the phone. I was called back by Steve right away and he asked me for a couple of simple things, possibly to save me time and money. I liked immediately that he was upfront and transparent. He came the next day and went right to work. He wasn't trying to get me to sign on some dotted line. He went right to the panel and started diagnosing and poking and fixing, with not one word about the price. Steve just wanted to fix the problem by getting down to it. They were wonderful! Pleasant, professional and experienced. They will be back to replace the breaker box! There was constant communication prior to their arrival, which makes things so much easier. I had texted them in the evening to see when the appointment could be made, they told me they'd be there in the morning....and they were! Highly recommend!
