Horrible staff and ownership. Joke of an operation on every level!

I was at the parking garage on Thursday, May 15th at 2:30 in the afternoon for the Amazing Race event. The female attendant was so nice and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you!

BIKERS BEWARE!!!! Came here on motorcycles as a group of 4, mind you motorcycles can usually fit 4 in 1 parking space, but we figured we would do 2 spaces, 2 bikes each (4 wheels per space)…. We each were made to pay for parking for all 4 bikes, even though we only took up two spaces, that’s ridiculous and money hungry……. We should have all spitefully parked in 1 spot each since you charged us per person… but no we parked 2 bikes in 2 spaces, so y’all got even MORE money 😂 You’re not making cars pay per person are you?? Also as we were leaving, again we are a group… they couldn’t manually keep the arm open for all of us to pass through after we paid, again we are all riding together and 1 person paid for all the parking, so we had to scoot under one at a time, blocking and confusing other

Great location and easy access to my car to get items for a lovely wedding lunch within walking distance. The garage is clean, easy to access, pay the ticket and exit.

Nice garage that’s well taken care of and has reasonable prices! Good location too, but I wish the rates were less on the weekends to make it easier to go to all the little store and restaurant. There is one electrify America EV charger with 2 plugs near the gate on your right and the garage is best for smaller vehicles such as sedans and suvs. You also take a ticket when you get there and then pay using the machines on the first floor before you leave (to have the gate go up you put in your pre paid off ticket).
