My family and our 4 dogs were moving from California to Tucson and we needed an enclosed dog run installed that included snake fencing and a roof. The snake fencing was in place to prevent rattlesnakes from getting in to the run and the roof fencing was required due to our rural location and the presence of coyotes, bobcats and even the occasional mountain lion. We made several calls and picked Biff Baker to do the job. They were not the least expensive but they were responsive, professional and did everything on time as promised. The material was as they promised and they managed the job from start to finish while we were still in California! Work is good but it is extremely difficult to get a hold of the sales rep. We added more work to an existing work order and it took 4 months to complete because of "covid," in 2022... Of course it couldnt have been because the order was lost, according tot he sales rep, and then we were told multiple times they would be out the following week, only to not show up. When i finally left a message informing them we would be looking for another company to finish the job, all of a sudden the company was able to get everything they needed to finish the job within 3 days. Like I said, good quality work, but like others here in the reviews have said, extremely hard to get a hold of them, and took way too long to finish a simple job.

Called over a month ago to get a bid. Even though he was late, we spoke about all my needs. It took a few weeks to get the bid. However, the bid was not completely what we discussed. He said he would give me a call with a correct bid by monday. I still haven't recieved that call, even with me leaving messages. Lost my business.

My business needed fencing with little notice due to COVID. It was a huge challenge for us to secure our business. Bill came out and took care of us and helped us tremendously. Very grateful to have locally owned businesses that look out for you. Highly recommend them.

They do not return phone calls. Extremely difficult to get an estimate from the salesman. He would say one thing, than say the opposite. Very confusing. No transparency, like they don't want business or they are looking to rip you off. Didn't go with them.
