His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were evident from start to finish, he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the work was done right. Beyond his technical expertise, William has a great personality that instantly puts you at ease. I also really enjoyed connecting with him over our shared appreciation for Tesla, he even went above and beyond by sending me a link for a front spoiler for my car, which was an awesome bonus and totally unexpected. After being without A/C for 10 days waiting on Integrity Air to figure out what was wrong with my system and 2 days for American Home Shield to deny the coverage. I called Big Aiir Heating and Air Conditioning and decided to buy a new system since mine was 25 years old. I was impressed with Big Air’s compassion of being without AC. Joseph arrived within the promise window in spite with the mixed up with our guard at the gate.
