I did a search for local garage door service near Oro Valley and saw some great reviews for Big Bear Garage Door Service. I contacted them at 8:00am and Sam phoned me and came out the same day right around noon. Sam was awesome, he adjusted both doors and replaced the cables on one of the doors. They are both now shutting completely to where my concern of mice getting in where the doors were not sealing evenly at the ground is not an issue any longer. Excellent and professional service! I just want to send a shout-out to Big Bear Garage Door Repair. This morning our garage door got bent out of shape when the door was activated by mistake while backing out one of the cars, it came off the rails and couldn’t be moved. I called them and left a message, in less than one hour Joey called back and after I explained the situation he send two of his guys who were finishing a job in Saddlebrook. They were able to straighten it, replaced a bolt and problem solved. Excellent response and workmanship from this business, highly recommended.

My 20 year old door broke but before doing so it creaked and squeeled every time it opened. Big Bear installed new opener, new rollers, new cables and spring. Wow!! Now it is so quiet one wouldn't know the door was opening if you weren't watching. I am so appreciative of the excellent workmanship, and service, I will recommend Big Bear to all my friends and family. Quality and value, so impressed, exceeded all my expectations. Great response immediately after open at 8am. Sam came out same day with spring replacement and maintenance. Excellent service and would highly recommend. Great job.

Believe the hype. Joey and his helper are ace. I called on Friday to describe my situation, discussed a couple of alternatives around getting something compatible with what I had (Chamberlain), and he offered to come by today (following Monday), presumably to take a look, or so I thought. Nope. He had a unit with him that was perfectly compatible with my other for remote control, had it installed and the remotes all programmed and everything tested in under an hour. Tuned up my self-installed unit while he was at it, including some adjustments, better bracing, and lubrication. Wouldn't take any money for that extra work. Outstanding. 10/10 would recommend him.
