Kate’s service was excellent. Kat listened to what we wanted, let us make our own selections and added some tips and suggestions after seeing our photos. She suggested we take a few more samples to try out at home and showed us the different angles to view the samples and make sure the colour matched countertops, cabinets and furniture. A non stressful experience!! A great purchase. Great service! Thank you!!

I went to several flooring/tile businesses, none of which could assist with ordering or matching a 20 year old tile design. I had broke two in the entrance of my home and matching was terribly important. Austin from Big Bob’s was amazing. He found two patterns that were so close to my tile pattern.
