I have to say I was surprised at the incredible pricing on the flooring we wanted to have installed. Once we decided to go with Big Bob's, the service was amazing. From Mark in sales, to Armando's crew at install. Everything went perfectly. Very professional crew! I would definitely recommend them.

We have been very fortunate to have met Dwaine Boykins in sales at Big Bob’s Flooring Outlet on Broad in Columbus. He is professional, and has a manner that is courteous and welcoming. This is our second time ordering through Dwaine. He and his crew did our basement with laminate last summer and stairway. We couldn’t be more pleased. This week after ordering through Dwaine we had our upstairs and stairway recarpeted. Armendo and Alex worked tirelessly. They put in a fifteen hour day. Mark Murphy is very professional, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with!! I saved a great deal of money professional carpet through them, it was high quality carpet and padding, could not be happier with results. I unfortunately thought I could save money paying a 3rd party to install carpet, ended up getting scammed or off $975 when the 3rd party never showed up to install carpet after I ignorantly paid them half up front. I called Mark, and he arranged to have the carpet installed that day!! He even went back into store after hours to cut additional carpet that was needed but 3rd party measured incorrectly. Mark is genuinely a great human and my knight in shining armour!!

Let start by saying , I never have good luck with contractors , but this job was seamless. Thanks to Mark Murphy for setting it all up and connecting me with Armando Rodrigues , he and his staff did an amazing job installing my new floor , not only was it a great deal on the flooring , but installation was done on time restraints and they completed the job timely fashion , and transformed my studio , great job !!! recommend highly you won't be disappointed !!
