We had a great experience with John at the Dayton store! We had a large install for 185 yards with padding and every carpet store we checked didn’t have the amount we needed and would have to order it in which would take weeks to get and then they were scheduling installs in March. John came out the next day and measured, had a quote within a few hours and worked to keep us in our budget. They installed the carpet a few days later and we couldn’t be happier. John’s customer service and follow through made our project a success! we will definitely be using Big Bob’s in the future!

The flooring was ordered and arrived promptly. The installers were wonderful and the floor looks fabulous. Thank you John.

Very Rude costumer service. Many of my Associates recommend not to do buisness with due to the Customer Service Rep and attitude. Due to the location and how close it is to my Unit, I decided to anyway. Big mistake. Very unfriendly, The selection was good from what I could see before I felt like I was being pushed to get out, First it was the service rep, now the on site employees. Ive also had my maintenance men come out and look at products and say they agree with me. No buisness owner should make their customers feel like this, so i'm Not sure if the owner even knows So i felt the need to leave A review. Hopefully this can be resolved because I put alot of money into my units and this could save me and probably other landlords money.

I found Big Bob's Flooring Outlet through a Google search while looking to update flooring in my rental property. Upon visiting, I was very pleased with the variety available and also with the no pressure assistance received from John B. After making my selection, he came as promised the very next day to take measurements. The estimates were the best I received and I scheduled installation. The installers arrived on time on the scheduled date and worked through the day to complete the project. Both I and my tenant are very satisfied with the work and I plan to use Big Bob's again when needed.

John is super efficient and professional. Great follow up. Installers were great! Overall great experience.
