I liked the carpet I picked out. All Bob's employees were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Bob's process is very easy. Contractors doing the installation were very fast and seemed to do a good job; but be aware that you will have to clean up some little things after the contractors are gone.

helpful staff! Junk product an Installation was horrible! Horrible, horrible. Hire someone else they will not respect your home. Left pizza in my driveway, scuffed my brand new walls, left freaking glue on the wall! Wrinkles in the linoleum the Installation guys told us would go away... nope. I pointed out air bubbles in the linoleum they needed to fix, they cut holes in it an pushed it down. My brand new floor pops now, and has cut marks in it.

1-At store once employee got done with a customer he came right over and explained all options and verified in stock - what i really loved is the whole roll of carpet to look at to really see what it looks like not a small sample. Within few days due to weekend I had a quote and install date. The installers took there time to not damage anything - they worked fast but smart and offered suggestions to improve the look Everything came out perfect- glad did not use anyone else (other places looked put out to even help with options)
