Big CAT performed three different services for us: garbage disposal install, furnace inspection and maintenance and duct cleaning. Our experience with Big Cat began with Ron the HVAC manager meeting with us to give us a quote for the services. He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. The quote was very fair and he called to set up a service call the very next day. I talked with Julie and she was great to work with setting up the appointment for the next morning. The next morning D came in to install the disposal which was completed very quickly, he was very pleasant and professional. What a great company! I would highly recommend them, they are very reliable, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The office staff is great and the two technicians, Ron and Victor, who came out, were terrific! They can do anything! They diagnosed what was wrong with our existing dryer vent. It was totaly blocked due to how it was originally constructed when the house was built. They found the correct solution to the problem and did a bang up job installing new duct work for our dryer that will be easily accessible for future cleaning and maintenance. After they were finished, they made sure we were satisfied and pleased with their workmanship before they cleaned up the job site and left. Customer satisfaction was very important to them both.
