Excellent plumbers and very reasonable pricing. Initially I had a friend of a friend try and install new bathroom fixtures, very unsuccessfully. So I called Big Creek Plumbing, they came out and fixed the mess in short order. Great customer service. I've been to their store also for parts. Very nice people and an asset to our community. The customer service was excellent I was met with the most helpful service ever. Totally helpful with everything I needed i was able to get the job done due to the fact of the parts that was available. I needed a complete tub shower knob assembly for a outdated component and Big Creek was the only store out of three that I ventured that could help me. I highly recommend visiting this establishment. Stopped in today to look for a pipe fitting. Took forever to get help. No one up front and rang bell, still took forever. I was greeted with "you're asking the wrong person" and informed me that she was the only one there and was directed to go somewhere else. Glad to know you hire employees that can't be bothered.

I highly recommend Big Creek Plumbing! Our shower valve needed a complete replacement and they also fixed my leaky sink faucet for a competitive rate. The plumbers arrived timely, kept my wife updated on progress, and did great quality work in the home. Very friendly scheduler and plumbers, will definitely be using them in the future!

Second time I had the guys out to have work done. Stack was removed and replaced, new PVC ran back to sink. The guys did a great job done in no time cleaned up where u didn't know they were there. Excellent work would recommend Big Creek Plumbing to everyone
