We had an outstanding experience with this carpet company from start to finish. The crew was professional, friendly, and worked efficiently—they were in and out quickly while still doing an excellent job. Everyone we interacted with, from the owner to the receptionist, was incredibly helpful and kind. The carpet itself is absolutely beautiful and completely brightened up our front room. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for such high-quality work and product. We are truly thankful and will definitely be using this company again. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough nice things about this place. No sale pitches or any pressure to buy anything. We were quoted on some carpet but was hesitant, but then showed us cheaper options which made me incredibly happy. Communication is a big thing for me and they communicated well. Installers came out yesterday and were super professional and had my room done in less than 2 hours. I'm super happy with the job and couldn't be more happier. I highly recommend this place if anyone is looking for good estimates. Thank you Parma Flooring!

Plenty of great flooring companies in the area, and this is NOT one of them. Very rude customer service when asking about products and pricing when I called last week. I could only imagine how they would of treated me if they installed the job for me and they had to fix something after the job was done.... Oh wait, there's a few of those horror stories in these reviews already. Take your money elsewhere. HARD PASS.

Great Place I went there on a Monday to look at Carpet swatches they came same day and measured I called them on Tuesday to let them know what carpet I chose and the next day Wednesday they came out installed and was out by 11:00. I highly recommend this place very nice people. I will be calling them to install carpet for my steps and also maybe kitchen flooring.

Great experience with Parma Flooring getting new carpet. Tim came out to measure and was in-and-out in just a few minutes. No sales pitches or nagging about making a decision about anything at any point in the process. The store has an almost infinite amount of options for carpet color/style. Price for our project was on the lower end of what I expected. Matt and John completed the install less then two weeks after we had ordered the carpet and were really hard-working and professional. I appreciated their attention to detail to get everything just right, including clean-up. Their work really transformed the room and its feel. Great local business. Thanks!
