One of the worst builders I have ever worked with, Job sup is constantly either just sitting in his truck or doing nothing in their trailer, they barely work with the other contractors to get the job done, they are all for themselves, expecting other trades to do their job for them or figure out solutions that the builder should be figuring out. I recommend going with a different builder, there are so many other ones that are way better in their quality of work.

It's nice knowing I can come home from an overnight shift and not be able to get into my driveway due to your company doing work down the road from me. As an added bonus, I highly doubt that recycling bin is getting emptied today without me having to move it away from the truck carelessly blocking it.

Company truck with license plate ending in 786 was aggressively tailing me on Round Lake Blvd, even as I was going 6 miles over the speed limit. I would recommend driving more professionally when in a company vehicle. Definitely doesn’t give your company a good image.

For any developers or investors considering working with this builder — proceed with caution. The lack of accountability in fixing the issues in brand new units after multiple punch walks and blue tape everywhere is astounding.

Thrilled to have completed our addition at the preschool we own and operate. They did a great job the first time around and even better as we added on 3500 square feet. Cory, Dave, Dylan and Brad were all fantastic professionals and I'd be thrilled to work with them again in the future if an opportunity presents.
