Pathetic. I came into the store 5-31 after calling to see if they could provide a specific floor transition piece. First guy I talked to couldn't help and asked another guy to come help. While I was waiting the first guy, unprompted, started talking about how hungover he was. Mike, the manager then came to help. We figured out the piece and he said it had to be special ordered. $46.58, $75 shipping, $0.93 handing and $9.49 tax. All of that for an 8' piece of trim. I said yes, signed the papers for the special order, paid the $132 and left (order #S012302679). The next day I get a call that they ordered the piece and increased the shipping AFTER the $132 price was approved and paid by me. I was livid. I requested the order be canceled and my payment returned. I got a return of $49

This place is great. Love it! Service is great. There’s just one thing I want to point out. I was there not long ago. I’m a contractor so I know my materials and tools. A lady at the desk there tried to help me. But I quickly realized she really wasn’t trained well. She’s was acting like she knew everything. But sadly she didn’t. She tried to sell me something completely unrelated to what I was looking for. I tried to explain to her that’s not what I’m looking for. I asked for a manager or someone in charge she asked why? I explained to her I needed to speak to someone with knowledge of the products they sell so they could help me. She got offended and said some not very nice words to me. I finally got someone else and I was finally helped and bought what I really was looking for. So Big

I find all the employees of this place to be more than pleasant good prices good service good tools good materials what more could you ask for
