Nicole is the absolute best. The minute she took over the entire atmosphere and layout of the store got exponentially better. It was decent before, but it’s so much better now and I feel like everything is smoother and faster. She’s able to chat and answer questions while simultaneously looking things up or Cashing somebody out. You would think this place is small when you first walk in but they have a huge, huge warehouse with pretty much everything made by Mapei and Schluter. I mean I’m talking shower pans shelf inserts every type of thin set you could think of including Readymix and also bunch of other awesome items from other brands like Ruby and Dewalt including some of the best tile saws and tile cutters I’ve ever seen. I needed about $2500 worth of material and wanted to buy it local. I checked pricing on Amazon, Home Depot, google, etc. Then walked in to Big D’s and expected to pay a little more, but was ok with that if it was reasonably close to same price online. It ended up getting a better price and twice the value. I met Brian who is a pro and helped answer any question I had and guided me in the right direction for my project. Thanks Big D’s!
