Question what are your real hours of operation? 3rd time I pull up around 323 325 and yall closed already? Thought yall close at 4pm ? ..

As a tile contractor I frequent this place multiple times a month. I love their products and the convenience.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Marcos Ritchie at Big D Flooring and Supplies is a complete disaster. He lacks even the most basic communication skills, is unbelievably rude, and has zero consideration for customers. He was making offensive comments in Spanish, clearly thinking I wouldn’t understand, and his childish behavior was beyond unprofessional. His so-called “jokes” were just inappropriate and rude. It’s shocking that he’s the store manager—what a joke. I walked out without buying a thing, and I won’t be coming back. If you value respect and professionalism, avoid this place at all costs. --- Let me know if you want it even stronger!

Bad service and terrible hours, I arrived at 3:30 pm and it was already closed

This location knows nothing about customer service. Waited 45 minutes to make a purchase while the agent was busy on his phone and couldn’t even have eye contact when he talked to me. The manager agreed with his attitude and told me we are busy and don’t have time to BABY SIT accounts like yours. Fine, I’ll take my business somewhere else.
