This is the no-frills place for contractors that they send you to at Ace Hardware when they don't have what you need. The staff are helpful in person and on the phone. They even carried my purchase out to the car. If it goes on the floor they likely have it but remember it's not a showroom and they sell 'stuff' not design ideas. Located between Grant and Speedway on 10th Avenue, plenty of off-street parking.

I’ve supported this business and given them a ton of money and business in return. I paid for an item ahead of time. They close at 4 PM, and I arrived about 5 mins before they were closing (product already paid for just came to pick it up). They literally made eye contact with me, locked the door and closed the blinds. This is extremely poor work ethic, unprofessional, not business like and unacceptable. This business has terrible customer service and employees do not care about the business or it’s customers.

Stoped by for some flooring products. It ended up being a customer appreciation barbecue going on and they invited me over for hamburgers and hot dogs. Staff was very knowledgeable on the products that they had and could get
