This plumber is awful. We hired them to hook up our dishwasher, which in the past has taken 30 minutes. It took them 5 hours. Also, the condo building I live in, they did something to the main water supply coming into the building. A HUGE explosive pipe burst happened that shook our building due to their shoddy work. They came back to fix it and now the water pressure in our building is a lot less. I like clean clothes and dishes and due to their lack of skill, I no longer have enough water pressure to achieve those results. It's gotten to the point of us considering moving because we have no control over who our condo board hires to do work in our building. Don't hire these plumbers. They are terrible.

This past Saturday, 4/27/24, we discovered our basement had standing water with no idea of the source. By Sunday, our basement contents were flooded and we found the source of the leak was the main line feed at the front of the house. I called several other plumbing companies, but the highly recommended Big DAWG Plumbing answered on the 1st ring.
