The best pool service company in AZ! Big Family Pools is our go to service crew for our tricky pools and picky clients. They go over and above expectations. We use them at all of our homes that have pools. Definitely recommend if you want quality service from people who care!

Mike C came out to repair a non-working pool pump. He was able to quickly diagnose and determine there was a wire issue inside the control panel. He was able to repair the wire and get me back up and running without spending high dollars on a new pump.

Was recently in Scottsdale for a weekend and during our stay we had an issue with the pool, the Airbnb owner sent Big Family Pools. Dean, was there w/in 2 hours and addressed the issue promptly. His service went above and beyond because he even called me the following morning to make sure everything was still working and that we were completely satisfied. Dean and Michael R were awesome to work with. They helped me understand options around automation and the best solution for my pool. Michael is an amazing technician - the best I’ve ever worked with. He did all the electrical work, plus set-up the automation, installed new equipment, and troubleshot some issues with my existing equipment.
