There is nothing worse than waking up to a cold house and realizing your heat for the house is not working. I was referred to Bigfoot Heating and Cooling. Within 30 minutes I had someone at my home. He greeted us like family and proceeded to inspect and diagnose our furnace. Within 20 minutes the heat was working again and we had recommendations for maintenance and further repairs to make to ensure our furnace kept working. I was impressed with the quick response, professionalism, expertise and concern shown on a Saturday. The cost was also reasons for the repairs needed. Gavin was great, first impression was awesome, he took his shoes off (even though he didn’t need to) was very polite, educated and very good at his work. He got our furnace up and running quickly. Tyler with Bigfoot was AMAZING!! Super nice, super knowledgeable and very efficient with fixing my ELECTRIC HVAC SYSTEM!! I had other guys in the Driggs area(Fox Creek) that couldn’t figure it out at cost me double the price. Tyler did the job professionally and charged me a very reasonable price. I live in Victor area and with the $999 travel fee it only cost me $264. I’m very happy with their services. Highly recommend them.

We had an issue with our furnace only running once a day before shutting off completely. Gavin from Big Foot Heating & Cooling came out and was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to fully inspect the system, remove panels, and figure out what was really going on. He discovered water had built up inside the inducer motor and drainage lines, and he went above and beyond to clear everything out, clean the drainage path, and replace the inducer motor and hoses. After his thorough work, the furnace ran perfectly for over 15 minutes straight with no issues — it’s been running great ever since! Gavin was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The service was prompt, affordable, and very well done. We’ll definitely be calling Big Foot Heat
