I have been very patient, but where is your service? We have a picture window that I purchased from you that developed a crack not long after it was installed. It's in our nice front room and the crack has now grown and been an eye sore and with fogging issues. You decided that it would not fall under warranty, which now fine, my insurance company said they would cover it, no problem. Still I want to give you the business, you were the company we bought it from, so it makes sense we ask you to repair it, you have the specs on file. I have asked you to schedule me multiple times, over literally years, yes years. I was told each time you are just too busy for me and would get back to me as soon as things slowed up.
