I had both of my flat roofs replaced by Big G roofing back in mid 2018. They have had to come out twice to "repair" leaks in my roof. The repairs they made have not held up and my roof us leaking again. The technician used cold tar on the seems and called it a day, which did not work. The last time they came out for warranty work the technician they sent wanted to charge me which I did not pay since I still currently have a warranty. After the roof was replaced, the water pools up even more and the 90 cap sheet is coming apart. The company who previously installed my roof used a cricket which creates a slope so the water will not pool. Looking at my invoice, I see that I was not proposed a cricket, but if you are a reputable company that know how to install roofs, this should be a no brain
