Big Guys Movers

This was a nightmare of a moving experience. I waited a while to write this review to allow time to cool down. Initially I was quoted 6 hours for two guys. The price was reasonable and I accepted. Moving day they showed up with 3 people and it took them twice as long as I was told. This of course meant over 2x the bill at the end of the day. The move started out great. But when it cane to unloading, they didn't listen to most of the directions I gave on where to put stuff. This resulted in me having to have someone else reorganize things and at nearly a month, the house is still not where it should be. They damaged several collectibles and furniture. They tore off one of the hoses from my fridge, and damaged several walls in the house. I would never hire this company again.

I have used their services for two long-distance moves, one local move and long-term storage over the past two years. I was referred to Big guys Movers by a close friend who knew I would be relocating from Rio Rancho NM to Las cruces NM. I needed my shed moved from one location to another. I spoke to Will. He was so professional and courteous. Before giving me a quote he came to see what needed to be done and have me a great quote. After we scheduled a day, I immediately got a text confirming it. While doing the job, I was impressed with his precision and attention to details. He did a great job I have to confess, the job needed to be done again through my own fault of not deciding on the right spot. He did the job again with the precision and professionalism My only problem is, he was late for both jobs. But, I would recommend this company to anyone who needs anything moved. His professionalism is out of this world!

These guys did a really go9d job. Fast communication and got the job done within a couple days after calling. Highly recommended. I called other companies and 2 of them left me pending for weeks. Do it right the first time, and let the Big Guy move your things. They moved am entire barn for me. Legit business.

Big Guys Movers is the best moving company on this side of the Mississippi. Made my move extremely easy and as soon as I talked to the crews knew I could trust them with absolutely anything.
