Blown away by Big Jim’s Carpet Cleaning. Specifically, the service that Isabelle and her trainee, Jasmine, provided. My husband and I just bought a house and I knew I wanted to get the carpets cleaned. We had no idea that almost every single bedroom was used as a cat room… The ones that weren’t still had stains. Isabelle and Jasmine came and informed us of the situation, explained what they could and couldn’t do, and went to work (with amazing attitudes). A carpeted closet was accidentally missed. We noticed it at the very end (after they had packed up). They had other customers to take care of but were promptly back within 24 hours to finish the job!
