Great company with great service. I have the opportunity to work all over the nation and rent units from lots of different suppliers. TVP ranks among the best. The units are always secured down so I don’t have to chase after them after a windstorm. They were always clean and well stocked after a summer of outhouses we had TVP install a septic system and they were very professional and done a great job. I would give them six stars if I could

We were having issues with our Septic tank not draining properly. After we contacted Tooele Valley Pumping concerning this issue they were prompt to monitor the tank and help determine what the issue was. They took care of all the details including blue stakes, obtaining the map of the system from the county and staying in contact with us on the status of everything. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. Thank you Alyssa, Kaleb, Nate & crew for a job well done.

We were super pleased with the good customer service provided by Karen over the phone and then even more pleased with Nate and Sean who came to our home on such short notice and were so quick and effective in their work with the plumbing issues we were having. This is a GREAT company! We had a septic tank emergency, and the locator map filed with the county was slightly off, so the tank couldn't be located easily. Our tank is quite deep, so the usual probes into the soil couldn't locate it either. They were able to get the location with a camera and sounder that allowed us to find the tank. Excavation was clean and efficient, more risers were put on the tank for easy locating and access next time, and the entire tank was pumped out and cleaned. Ashley, Tooele Valley Pumping dispatcher was very efficient and friendly, and got estimates and contracts out right away. This year at my State Farm office we experienced some very unpleasant smells. I called the team at Tooele Valley Pumping. They explained it could be a variety of issues causing the problem. As problems go it was late in the afternoon on a Friday night. I received a call back from the owner offering to come evaluate the problem. Long story short my building is on a septic system and the location of the tank was unknown. After contacting the county, the previous service provider, and several attempts to locate the tank using his equipment he brought in his camera GPS locator. Our main sewer line had broken as it was ceramic and 60+ years old. He trenched, repaired, and cleaned up the area with little to no impact to my business. While our systems were down he also brought in a portable
