Our oven failed on Thanksgiving day and our turkey was not cooked. We called Louie, he came when he said he would and gave us his explanation of the problem with clarity. He was very professional, competent and kind. We will call him again if needed. Thank you, Louie.

Bo went above and beyond on our service call. Very professional and personable and is an expert in his craft. We were told by a previous repairman from a different company we needed a new ice maker. This was not the case. Bo made a few adjustments and fixed our ice maker with no parts needed. It was refreshing and actually eye opening to have a person come in that does their job at a high level. Thank you for the great service!

We purchased a used freezer, from a place out of Muskegon and it worked great for 2 months, then quit freezing. When we called Big Lake Appliance Service, they added us to their schedule right away. Bo came and found the problem and had us back up and "freezing" in no time. Great Company, Great Staff.
