Big Lots

This place is a joke. I tried to make a return from another store but they couldn't accept it because it was from another store. The first time I went, a customer left the register tied up, but I would've had to wait to make my purchase even though there was more than one register and cashier. I didn't have time to wait so I left the stuff I was going to buy with them.

Store is really gross and kinda run down. There was something leaking from the ceiling. The men's bathroom was nasty and the women's said out of order. The floors are stained throughout. They should've kept this one closed or at least updated it before they opened it again. Would not recommend.

Big Lots is a great place to purchase inexpensive DVDs and Blurays. I really love the company, though, because they allow you to donate to charitable causes and in return you get savings' coupons. If you round up to the next dollar for charity, you automatically get 5 dollars off your next purchase of 15 dollars or higher. And it's genuinely helping good causes when you donate; that's beautiful. I frequently shop at Big Lots. I have added many films to my movie collection thanks to their quality selection and reasonable prices. Big Lots has been a treat to shop at.

I was actually disappointed. I used to shop at Big Lots on a regular basis but had not been there in a while. I went in there recently to look for several specific items. Unfortunately, the specific items that I was looking for were as much, or in a couple of cases, more than the prices at other stores. In addition, many of the shelves were very bare!

Bought 2 recliners since they're going out of business. Spent over $500 and the weird guy that runs or was working the furniture part would not hardly acknowledge me and barley talked when I asked him any questions and was acting like he didn't care if he sold anything or not, and I figured he'd at least help load the big boxes onto the truck. Nope he just wheeled the boxes out to the curb dropped them and left them. Very rude and unprofessional.
