Andrew, Jordan, and their entire crew just finished replacing the ductwork in my crawl space, and I honestly cannot say enough great things about this company. From the very first call, the experience was exceptional. I submitted a request early yesterday, and within just a few hours Jordan was already at my home carefully inspecting everything. He took the time to walk me through every detail, patiently answering all of my questions and clearly explaining each decision that needed to be made. There was never any pressure—just professionalism, honesty, and expertise. On top of that, they gave me an incredible price. What truly amazed me was the turnaround time. They scheduled the installation for the very next day, and less than 24 hours after my initial request, I had brand-new ductwork

What an incredible experience! As a single woman, I’m often taking advantage of by contractors of every nature. They size me up to see how much they can take me for. But not guardian. Andrew and the rest of the team were reasonable, fair, and 100% true to their word. Christina in the office was on top of everything, extremely communicative and very punctual! They said they would have my systems in within two business days and they did. Their price beat out their competitors by $4000 at minimum and $20,000 at maximum. They saved me a lot of shekels! Great experience with Jordan and Guardian Heating and Cooling! They were able to come out the day after Christmas and take care of an issue with my mother-in-laws AC unit. They were courteous, prompt, and I will definitely use them again for any service we might need in the future!

Guardian Air is a 5 star, local HVAC company that you can trust! From the start, Jordan spent a great deal of time throughly evaluating my existing systems and answering all of my questions, which I really appreciated and which gave me confidence in their recommendations. Pricing was fair and straightforward, with no pressure of any sort. Communication throughout the process was excellent and very personal. Jordan fit me into a tight schedule and then the Guardian crew worked from early morning to well into the night to complete a high quality installation of two systems in the same day. They also followed up promptly to address a few small items afterward to make sure everything was right. That level of accountability and follow-through really stood out. I am one happy camper! Guardian Heating and Cooling did an excellent job installing a new HVAC system along with an ionic air purifier! Andrew and Michael are experts in the field and so efficient and courteous. I felt like I was in good hands.
