Century Services

I had blindly trusted Century for years. First of all they never registered my warranty. When it came time to replace the variable speed motor the first of 3 times the repairman said you don't have an extended warranty. I said yes I do he said not unless you have a confirmation sheet. I did because I had registered it myself. After paying the labor for 3 variable motors to be replace on the 4th I had Century replace it with a single speed motor. At the same time I also had the repairman install a uv light and a lightning arrestor. The entire package unit recently had to be replaced due to a bad heat exchanger. I went with a better brand which has an stainless steel exchanger with a lifetime warranty. I found out when the new unit was installed that the ductwork going under the house o

We have been using Century Services for years and have always been happy with their service and prompt response to what we need. They were also easy to work with when correcting a mistake made on their end at one time. I highly recommend them.

My heat pump went out during the hot spell and when I contacted Century Services they sent someone out the same day to check it out and ended up I needed a new heat pump and coils. They came the same day and explained my options to me. They then set up the appt. to install and were here with-in a couple of days. The men who installed were very efficient and were able to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. They were polite and cleaned up all debris and had me up and running in just a few hours. I would recommend Century Services to anyone looking for quick and extremely efficient products. I also had a couple of other estimates but Century was the best.

I have done business with Century Services for years and you will not find a friendlier or nicest group of people , from the top to the bottom , everyone is very friendly. Recommend to any and everyone .
