Big Mack HVAC LLC and Duct Cleaning

I have an old AC unit that wasn’t working. I was totally expecting them to have me buy a new one. They had it fixed quickly, they gave me some suggestions to keep it running through the years, and they were professional in doing all of it. These guys are honest. I will be using them for all my HVAC needs.

Absolutely five⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Big Mack HVAC. Our house faces the hot western sun. Mike and the team installed an affordable high-efficiency cooling system that keeps our house nice and cool. We would highly recommend them😀👍.

Called to have a noise looked at and determine what parts were going bad on my furnace. Instead of consulting with myself or my wife about his findings the technician swapped out parts. The technician did not address the actual issue and I went several days without heat leaving the furnace in a fault without doing any further troubleshooting. I got the runaround on cost and the owner is trying to charge a 56% mark up on the part despite their mess up. I'd be willing to pay cost of part and labor but profiting off their mistakes and not taking any ownership is absurd. They actually blamed myself and my wife for their mistakes.

Matt was super friendly, knowledgeable and even let my little dude hold the flashlight for him. I would recommend Big Mack to anyone.

With the bitter temps upon us this week and a busy schedule Matt not only made time for me but located the part I needed just in time.
