Jordan came this morning to fix the tub faucet by replacing it because I was unable to do it myself. He did a fantastic job in record time. He was very knowledgeable and fixed it in record time. I called Snell at 9am and Jordan arrived ten minutes after my call. That’s an incredible service.

We’ve had nothing but great experiences with Snell Services. Most recently, Jordan, the plumber who helped us, was truly outstanding. He was skilled, polite, and incredibly respectful—exactly the kind of professional you hope to have in your home. His actions and workmanship made a lasting impression. I also really appreciate the customer service overall. A real person always answers the phone, and everyone I’ve spoken with has been professional, friendly, and clear in their communication. That level of responsiveness and care makes a huge difference. Snell Services has earned our trust, and we wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to others.

Can’t recommend Snell services enough. In the last two weeks they have been out for two unrelated plumbing issues. Both times Jordan was more than quick to respond. Here within an half hour to check out the problem and fix it without hesitation. Appreciate the quality work and outstanding professionalism. Snell is on speed dial and the first call made for quick and quality work.

Jordan came to help with our water heater and he was great! He even showed up on a cold weekend night and showed excellent customer service and friendliness. Will be using this service again!

We had a water leak in our boiler. Snell Services was one of the rare companies open today, the day after Thanksgiving. Jordan came over and corrected everything and got us back in working condition for the long weekend. He was terrific. We are grateful to Snelll Services!
