We have a rental property that needed some updated painting to the front porch in addition to repairing a few holes in the ceiling from recent plumbing repairs inside. Dan came out, provided an estimate very promptly, and was able to complete the repairs for me in a very timely fashion and for a very reasonable price. Dan was great. He turned a non heated, plaster falling down laundry room into an awesome upgrade. He ripped out plaster, installed heat and drywall.
