A few months ago I was informed by my home insurance carrier that my home had shown some "black streaking" on my roofing shingles. Without a full roof inspection and thorough cleaning, I was going to have my insurance discontinued. I immediately called Buyce Construction and obtained a "pre inspection " and price quote a few days later. Within a week Buyce Construction arrived promptly and provided me an aerial photo of my roof and the trouble spots that were mentioned by my insurance. The owner, Austin, spent the day continually cleaning my roof after a detailed inspection and wrapped up the job with an AFTER picture of my roof via drone. Within a week I was sent a letter of approval from my insurance company with a side letter commending the detailed inspection report and overhead befo
