Big rich is the vendor adult protective services used to clean my grandmothers home. They were so kind and compassionate! Every employee went above and beyond, and they are so fast! They even swept the drive way and porch and garage as they cleaned so it was free of dirt, leaves, and other small debris. 10/10 I will always recommend them!

Love to help local businesses. Rich came out himself to view the mountain of broken/unusable pallets we had stored behind our warehouse, (a potential fire hazard). It was going to take many trips to remove but he gave us a competitive rate and took care of us the next day. I recommend him to anyone looking to have their "junk" removed. Great experience hiring Big Rich Hauling to remove a spa from my backyard. Christian and Josh did an excellent job. The spa was working, but very old, and with the cost to operate it (electricity bill), wasn’t something I wanted to add to my bills. Christian used great care not to damage outdoor porch lights, and other decor. He also cleaned up when finished. The price was very very reasonable. I will most definitely use their services again!

Showed up early though called to see if that was OK. Loaded a lot of stuff quickly and efficiently with friendly professional staff. Price was better than it ought to be. They picked up every scrap. Second time with them and they are the best ever.

I interviewed several outfits regarding hauling away the concrete blocks, cement and other debris from a deck demolition. “Yes”, they could do the job, but “No,” they didn’t have/didn’t “need” insurance, etc. I called Big Rich Hauling. I figured with all of their excellent reviews, their overall 5.0 rating and the enormity of some of their jobs, they could probably handle my relatively small, but problematic, concrete removal and they did. Big Rich Hauling arrived within 2.5 hours (actually a bit early), reviewed the site, told me what they could and could not do, gave me a fair estimate, then proceeded to remove the debris, thoroughly rake over/clean the work site and make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Prompt, professional, quick and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for
