I’m glad I was able to find what I was looking for on there website. However, I was a little taken back by the cost of the shipping for a little box that’s no bigger than the palm of my hand. The product I purchased was $50 and the shipping $25.

On 9/22 I made urgent calls to express the need for everything to be shipped in a timely manner and the timeline I was against. 10/2 I finally get shipping confirmation with a tracking number that doesn’t seem to exist.

I want to write this review to say that after being able to contact Big Rock Supply they found the order and sent the product, it arrived on time and without any defects, in fact the boots working really good and comply with the product description. I was contacted by the customer relationship department and the attitude of this company was really professional with the error that occurred. I recommend and would buy again. Everyone makes mistakes, assume their mistakes and solve problems, demonstrate responsibility and deserve trust.
