Big Sky Appliance Repair

Felix, the owner, was working up in my neighborhood and stopped by within half an hour of my call. He fixed the problem quickly and explained what had happened. He was so friendly - obviously loves his job! I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone who needs large appliance work done.

I called this morning because our fridge went out a few days ago. Felix made sure he was out at the house the same day. He gave his recommendation and provided suggestions for new refrigerator. The weekend of March 22 and 23rd. Our refrigerator started to warm up. We called big sky appliance repair on Monday morning, the 24th and spoke to Felix Gutierrez he went out to his truck, looked at his appointment book and scheduled an appointment for 8 AM on the 25th. Felix arrived on time and proceeded to check our refrigerator within about 10 minutes. He had diagnosed. It was the evaporator fan. Felix departed to pick up the part and bring it back. Our refrigerator was fixed within a couple of hours. Felix was fantastic. Very informative answered all of our questions And the price he charged for part and labor was very Reasonable so if you were looking around for a appliance repair company, I highly recommend big sky, appliance repair and ask for Felix. Wonderful experience! My dryer went out and I gave him a call, he booked me an appointment two days later and got it running in less than 45 minutes.
