The pricing was very fair and there were no surprises. You can really tell he cares about his work and about treating customers right. Randall is so great. Our clothes washer stopped draining and I called Randall and left a message. He got back to me on a Sunday within a few hours and by then we had found a sock in our drain pump and fixed the issue. He was so nice and accommodating! I will definitely be calling him in the future!
