James repaired a bad Kitchener exterior light for me in Georgetown TX. The original installer had horrible customer service so I decided to find someone else willing to fix another company's work. James was authentic and honest when I talked to him on the phone. He was very busy, which was a good sign, so I had to wait about 2-3 weeks for him to come out. He came to my home and noticed the light was bad so he ordered another one from the dealer. He took the existing damaged light to the dealer and they replaced it under the 10-year warranty for free. James didn't have to do that since he wasn't the original installer. He didn't have to stand behind that warranty in my opinion. He could have just charged me for a brand new light and marked it up for a profit. To me that shows integr

James and his crew always have done a great job, whether it’s putting up Christmas lights or trimming trees. His pricing is fair and reasonable and they consistently do a great job. This is a company that I trust!

Big Texas Lights did an amazing job fully re-landscaping my yard. They took my plan from a drawing on paper to reality. They completed the work on time and within budget. Their pricing was fair and they ran the cleanest construction site I’ve ever experienced. I had some issues with drainage but not anymore. They built some “dry creeks” to efficiently move the water and stop erosion. They installed new zoysia grass and made new beds with native plants. Once everything is established, my need to irrigate will be reduced tremendously. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend this company for your permanent lights. I went with someone else and boy was that a mistake. James of Big Texas Lights, came to the rescue and corrected the issues.
