"Great Product, Great Price, Great Service" We used Big Wave Shutters to replace our storm panels with accordion shutters. The process was great from beginning to end. Bob came right out and produced a quote that was very reasonable. Once we had a contract the wait time was exactly as had been estimated. On the day of installation Rick, AJ, and Elijah came out and did a 20-window accordion shutter installation in about 3+ hours. Rick gave a quick demo on how to use the shutters. Joe gave me the best price of anyone in the county for electric roll-down hurricane rated screening. They were professionally installed by Phil and Jared. A few days after installation, one section required a minor adjustment. I dropped an email note to Big Wave, and Phil responded the very next day. Shutter Bob was great with the sales enjoyed the time he put in with us, Unfortunately, communication was lacking with Chloe.
