Woody gave me a fair estimate to remove my wood fencing and replace it with the TAN VINYL fence, we shook hands, scheduled a date, crew showed up , day and half later I have a beautiful, property enhancing VINYL FENCE, Thanks Woody

I am not one to write negative reviews but our experience is worth one. I do not recommend Woody to anyone based on his unhelpful, careless, and unprofessional approach. We got our two trex gates installed exactly 2 years ago and are having issues with both. The owner of this company was beyond unprofessional to my husband and I (happy to elaborate further) and unwilling to fix or offer decent solutions. I’m still appalled I was treated in such a way as a customer. Now, have to invest in another company to fix a very expensive investment. I’m disappointed and deeply regret supporting this company.

We used Big Woody to replace our fence that wasn’t looking too hot. Woody himself came to give us an estimate! His team was very fast and efficient with our new fence! The communication was stellar and I would highly recommend for your fencing needs!

Very poor interactions with staff. Our interactions with one particular man were beyond unconscionable. He was rude, argumentative, and condescending. Final product had 4 places where they drilled holes in the new fence to place their advertisement in the form of a license plate sized signs. That's 4 Big Woody signs on one fence. The signs have now been removed after requiring about an hour of our time between finding the right tool and removing them all. Companies need to think of doing the right thing for their customers. We are very disappointed.

Initially i was very happy with our fence. And then within the year all the hardware from our gate started falling off. Wasn't concerned, put the bolts back in and moved on. Then the welds started snapping. I reached out and was told that there was nothing I could do. They wouldn't fix it because it wasn't their problem, that their aluminum fence was bought from a manufacturer, they didn't make it themselves. I pointed out that when my fence was being installed, there was a delay on my gate because the welds on the first one were so bad they couldn't install it. And I got maybe a year before they started snapping on ours. I was asked for pictures, sent pictures in, and then was never responded to after that.
