Bigane Paving Co

Woken to a single truck at 2:30 am driving back and forth in front of my home for hours creating extremely loud noise and disturbing the neighborhood. We have active construction outside and never once has that crew disobeyed noise ordinance, the city needs to cut ties with this company.

If, like me, you are tired of Bigane continuously violating noise ordinances for the City of Chicago, you may cite Chicago Municipal Code 8-32-140, which states very clearly that their hours of operation cannot be before 8am or after 8pm. Ask your Alderman to terminate current and future contracts with them if they find it too difficult to follow rules or respect the communities paying them. The City paid Bigane over $73 million in 2024 alone. I find it difficult to believe that adhering to noise ordnances would threaten their profitability whatsoever.

WHY IN THE WORLD ARE THESE PEOPLE STARTING AT 3AM. Loud trucks, banging up and down the street, flashing lights coming into my window starting from 3am through this morning.

It is currently 4 am and they have been driving a giant truck back and forth down my block for an hour now. On a Tuesday morning this is ridiculous!
