Elliot arrived early in the arrival window. After a few moments of inteoductions and chit-chat, We got right to work on the issues. I took him around the house while he inspected as we went. He did an inspection under the house. He identified potential issues and got to work correcting them. Easy paperwork and payment. He finished outside setting traps and spraying while I went back to work. Couldn’t be happier with his no frills approach and ease of communication. He says what he does and does what he says.
