Keith and his guy are amazing! Most trust worthy contractor I have used! Called on a Sunday to just get on his schedule and since he was waiting for parts to do finish another project he came up the next day and got the entire floor done! Having him lined up to do the rest of the work in the house!

Biggs flooring service is one of the best ones you will EVER find!! They know what there doing and they make sure to get it done, even better than the people working for the big names. I won't say what company I'm talking about because I'm not trying to spread bad publicity but the people that came and put new carpet in my neighbors apartment are a well known company and the job they did was horrible! In both the apartments they did there's seams in both of them that you can see through the hole apartment and they were okay with that! With Biggs floor service I know that stuff like that would NOT be acceptable! I know they leave the work they do with it being something they can take pride in!! I fully recommend 😁

When I contacted Keith, he came out the same day to measure. He worked with us to help decide what we wanted, what features to look for, helped us tie the project together with other floor coverings that weren't being replaced. When we decided what we wanted, he was out and got it installed quickly. He and his crew were GREAT to work with, but even more importantly, the craftsmanship was there. It's like artwork. In a house that's not perfectly square, they worked tirelessly to make it perfect. And to add to it - he came in under budget. When we take on our next project we will definitely be calling Keith again!!!

Great work! Hard wood looks fantastic. I had an existing hardwood floor that transitioned to carpet, Keith made everything look like the floor was all wood to begin with. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
