Moeller Furnace and Air

My wife and I contracted with Moeller Furnace and Air for replacement of our ancient air conditioner. Nate, business owner, came to our home. He examined the project, explained what we can expect, gave suggestions for the unit that would serve our home, and gave a very reasonable estimate. He told us the unit has a ten year warranty and he guarantees his work for three years. Two installers came to our home within two weeks. They were both very professional and friendly. They answered questions and explained their work. They also did an update on our furnace exhaust without additional charge. I am very pleased with professionalism, work and friendliness of Nate, his office manager and two installers! I highly recommend them for any furnace or air project! We had a new furnace and A/C from Moeller Furnace & Air installed a little over a week ago. The guys (Jaydon, Owen and Eli) worked very well and smoothly together as a team. They were very professional and courteous and made the transition of the removal of the old HVAC system and installation of the new HVAC system seamlessly. They put cloth material down our stairway and at the bottom to capture any debris and they cleaned up after the job was completed. Thank you very much Jaydon, Owen and Eli. We are so very pleased with our new system and will use Moeller Furnace & Air for years to come and would recommend them to anyone considering a HVAC system.

We had a replacement for our HVAC and found both the quality as well as the service excellent. Ours was in a difficult location, but dealt with extremely positively and made the whole process exceptional. We also were very happy with early explanations of our options, costs, and benefits of each option.

Install is perfect! Looks beautiful and everything is tight and clean, everything fastened down and sealed and works great.
