Armen was amazing! From the first moment I met him he took care of me and addressed my needs! I had a 45-year old family heirloom tapestry that was tattered and unraveling! I went to Bijan Top Rugs to have my rugs cleaned since I was moving. We met Armin and he was extremely helpful. He explained each rug that we head in detail, what type of rug it was and how he was going to have them washed. A few rugs were damaged by moths which I was unaware of. When I got the rugs back, they looked amazing, just like they were almost brand new. I ended up buying a rug and the pricing was very reasonable.
