In my work parking lot, one of your employees parked like this on my truck. Why? Cause they were doing construction on his street in Taylor.

We were charged $323.75 without receiving any actual service. The technician did not open the panels or perform any meaningful inspection. He sat on the floor using his phone for over 30 minutes. My ice machine is a two-year-old Scotsman, a reputable brand, and the issue was never addressed or resolved. I was given misleading information, and no one from the office followed up or offered assistance. After I explained this to the Scotsman rep, he helped me directly.

As always on time, friendly technicians, always explain what is needed and what is wrong during the service and what part are needed Great service.

The company where I work returned something new and unused on 2/19/24. How could I know we would not get a credit for 3 months, and I am not to follow up on this for 3 months. I called just to ask and they were so crappy, two people acted like I was insane to even ask. Yes my name is Karen, but I was super nice when I called, until I was put on hold four times by accounting, then transferred to Pete, who had a crappy tone and he seemed to think I should know better than to follow up on something sooner than 90 days. Why couldn't the person in accounting tell me that?
