I've been meaning to clean my large area rug myself for some time. On a whim I called Bill Mountain to see what it entails to get it done. My call was promptly returned, by Bill, an appointment was set up and the rug was removed to be cleaned in their shop. Their service was professional, friendly, punctual and affordable. The rug looks great. Mackenzie came to lay the rug down and even helped me move my furniture back. I will highly recommend them.
